It's kind of close to the main parts of the city if you use an Uber. Aircon and all the basics worked fine. Breakfast was included on the 6th floor, but I never tried it, so can't say much. Room was spacious. Lots of little snacks and freebies like complimentary condoms and lube which made me realise what kind of place this was. Two doors at the entrance for that extra bit of security.
Receptionist couldn't speak any English, but I only had to show her my booking confirmation, passport and pay the full amount, so no problem. They still use the old physical key with a card attached to turn on the power in the room. Place looked like it was made in the 90s with bits and pieces upgraded and touched up. Floors were super creaky, so no stealth mode there. The bathroom fixtures were all slightly off; so you couldn't sit on the toilet without being on an angle. The face mirror wasn't directly in line with the sink. My biggest bathroom gripe would be the hot water level; I couldn't get it hot enough, even turned all the way across. Bed was just okay. Flat screen TV worked fine. The bathroom lights were manual, but the bedroom lights were remote, so no problem there. Honestly felt unsafe during my first night as the place seemed seedy, but nothing happened; nothing was stolen, no weirdos greeted me or anything. I suspect the locals pay way less, as it really didn't seem like it was worth $77 AUD per night. The receptionist will call if you're still around during your last hour (between 11am and 12pm)

With the erotic art work on the walls and office staff not wanting us to get close to it on the first floor, we did not consider this to be a family friendly motel. The condoms provided in the room also was a surprise. The whole set up of rooms appeared to be a converted storage building at one time.

The room was disgusting, but the hot tub was actually nice. So was the shower. Overall, it was a sleazy place.
There was poop on the sofa. Disgusting. Literally poop stains on the sofa. I thought it was just unclean at first, then scrubbed it with a wet cloth and realized it was poop. The room was filthy and smelled like a combination of poop and cigarettes.
