Very Good
Staffs shown exceptional hospitality, always ready to serve. The ambience of the resort was great. In-room amenities are very well-maintained.
Some amenities in the common area were dated.

Wonderful
They offer the reading space, game room and garden area besides the hot spring with SPA. You could have tea time during the reading one. You have some beverages like Vinegar drink, tea and water as taking break at hot spring with SPA zone. So far, I rarely find another hotel do the thing like them. You should give it a try to stay one night there.

The room is spacious. Beds are comfortable as well. The onsen area is also spacious with amenities including yutaka. Good to have a little cute thermometer to check for the optimal temperature for enjoying the onsen.
It would be great to have a smart TV in the room which can be used for mirror casting. The hotel is not close to any convenience stores/ restaurants. It is better to have vending machines selling drinks (e.g. milk) and snacks.

Everything! The public bath and the private onsen in room were both very relaxing. Very spacious room.

Nice environment!!! The room is big, hot spring is very nice. As we come at summer time, there is not other people! Breakfast very nice and restaurant very cozy!!!!! Staffs are nice!!

Nice large rooms and private bath areas. The public bath is well maintained and has a range of different pools. Note that it is a nude, sex segregated spa - there are no facilities for couples other than the one in your room. Nice business/rest area with free drinks and biscuits.
See above re: public spa. The staff spoke essentially no English which was a little surprising for this sort of hotel. Restaurant food was pleasant and the staff there were very nice but not especially good for the price.
