Location near market, mrt and convenient store shops and also hospital… the staffs are so friendly and help us much during our stay my boyfriend fell and has a backage with wound… staff help us to find saline water to clean as we can not find any in near and it was too night on that night… he still help us to find location place that we can buy

Friendly staff, very good location, close to Orange MRT line. AMAZING breakfast buffet with so many choices. Room is quiet, and bed super comfortable. I got there early and there is a very relaxing large lobby to hang out in where you can charge your batteries, get snacks/drinks if you need to wait to get into your room. Convenience store right around corner and good little Thai place, En Hui Thai across the street!
My one shower ( only stayed one night) was quite cool/lukewarm water.

Sheets on the bed were nice and soft. Nice large desk space to work at
There was a nodule taped to the front of the tv and covered by a tissue that the staff told me was the receiver from the remote, but at first I was concerned it could be a hidden camera. Given the prevalence of news about guests being spied on in hotels, it would have been nice if the management could stick a label next to the receiver to describe what it is, so that guests don't have to worry about whether it should be there or not.
The water spigot in the restroom was leaking a bit and the design of the shower head and bathub made it so that it was easy for water to spill out onto the bathroom floor

Needs more places for hanging more than two bath towels.
Light switches were confusing, especially the switch of closet seems to be hidden somewhere…
Shower transfer valve were leaking or dripping.
Bath gel appeared to make eyes uncomfortable.

The staff were helpful, some other tourist smoked in hotel and staff immediately upgraded our room

It’s clean. Sound insulation was good. Even though the laundry room was next door, we did not hear any noise. Bath room was clean and spacious.
During our sleep, there were 3 mosquitoes coming sequentially in our room even though we did not open our door. We did not sleep well.
The TV remote control was not easy to use.

Overpriced. Poor breakfast quality almost like prison food. Bad service. Appliances breaking down. Did not clean my room as requested specifically. Just bad, don't stay here.

Location was close to an mrt
Firstly, 2 stars were for location and the fact that there was parking as we were driving.
Rooms were old and dated. We booked 2 rooms and the first room had mould growing outing of the ceilings near the aircon vent. It made the room smell and we had to request for another room. The 2nd room we booked had multiple issues: toilet door which was extremely hard to open (i had to put my whole weight to pull it open), phone was spoilt, fridge was spoilt.
Breakfast was not great.
Room was left unkept on 2 separate nights for 2 separate rooms. On the first time that it happened, reception didn’t even bothered to provide fresh towels. The excuse they gave us was that because we requested for them to fix the issue in the room, we needed to then tell them to clean the room. We were out the whole day, how were we able to do so? Must we be there to supervise your workers? Di not understand the reason and logic and didn’t even bother to provide new towels and replenish water.
We gave feedback to the reception and they noted to take extra care for us. However, the 2nd time happened for the 2nd room and this time they just blatantly blamed us for not informing them to perform room cleaning. So are you telling me everyone needs to tell you to room cleaning? Are you telling me that it is our fault and we just have to suck it up? No follow up was proposed and we had to even propose solutions for them. No manager on duty and no assistant manager either.
They promised to follow up but said the manager is on leave till 3rd Jan. we shall see.

The room felt very high quality and the beds were comfortable. The room is spacious. The location was good. The breakfast offered a good assortment of food.
The shower made a big mess of water because of the design. The light switches did not work properly, we had to press it 100 times for it to work. The fridge is not turned on when you get to the room and does not get cold when you plug it in, so I wasted an expensive coffee drink as it was not cold in the morning. Our number of travellers changed at the last minute and the staff were not very helpful and were unable to change our room type.
