Spotlessly clean, great proximity to station. Room appointments were excellent. Room in excellent condition.
Noisy neighbours can be a problem as rooms transfers noises easily.

The place was perfect! It's conveniently located next to the metro station with many shops around, a beautiful view, super comfy beds, modern facilities, very polite and helpful staff! Highly recommend!

Between the bedroom and bathroom, the glass window’s shutter doesn’t work. Anyone get up in the middle night, the light will wake up another one.

Park Lees Hotel in Kaohsiung is situated in the City Centre. MRT is nearby.
Checking in to the Hotel is seamless. Reception staff was welcoming and helpful.
Ruihe Night Market is just round the corner.
Lots of shopping in the vicinity. Going to places by Light Rail, Train or MRT is convenient.
Easy walkabout and explore. There are so many eating places nearby and 3 days is not enough to try them all.
We will have to come back for more.
Definitely a return to this Hotel.

The breakfast, while limited, was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by the Chinese medicinal chick soup that was on offer, as it must've taken a long time for the staff to prepare. We also liked the design of the hotel - it was tasteful, moody, and modern. The courtesy umbrellas were quality - big and hefty. The hotel staff was extremely helpful - they helped my dad when he was injured. I will forever be thankful. The hotel was located close to the metro station, very convenient.
Certain elements of the room weren't practical. The mirror was placed off to the side and not directly in front of the sink, and I couldn't find an electrical outlet in the bathroom, making grooming difficult (perhaps I didn't look hard enough, please let me know). We also didn't like having to walk barefoot in hotel rooms. We understand that to reduce waste, certain things were no longer offered (toothbrushes, razors, etc.), but other hotels that also observed the same rules still offered slippers.
