Wonderful
The staff were friendly and helpful. They held the luggage for us since we arrived before check-in, and helped me break down larger NTD bills since I needed smaller bills to pay for taxis and small shops. The room and shared space were clean. The food was delicious and plentiful. They had both Western and Taiwanese food. They also had complimentary snacks, drinks, ice cream and laundry. The location is close to convenience stores too.

Hub Hotel provides an astonishing breakfast. Every food they offered and served good and were at best plus the free ice cream and other stuff at the pantry makes this hotel an excellent staycation choice for travelers
So far every aspects in the hotel is superb and I didn't have any concerns within our stay there

Great location. Plenty of convenience stores and shops to get anything you need. Wonderful breakfast. 24hr coffee and ice cream was a plus. Very clean and secure.

It is not that i not like, to me it is strange; personal informed me during the check-in that breakfast time until 10 am.
Next morning with breakfast.
While i was having breakfast and taking some photo also playing with my phone, one of personal came to me and informed me that i may need to hurry a bit since breakfast end at 9 am. (at that time about 10 min to 9)
I am a person who hate to rush with eating so i stop eat without hesitation and grab dishes to put at a used dishes area.
The way out of eating area, still having some guests walk in for breakfast, i turn back and seen many guest still eating and some collecting new food..... n i was confused silly standing there for a while with empty mind ....and back to the room
This is surprise, not that i angry or such but i just not understand what is going.....puzzle.
I traveling a lot not only TW, but Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, UK, Scotland Singapore, Malaysia, Laos etc ...indeed never had such experience before.

This hotel is amazing!
As a tourist, it's nice to stay in this kind of hotel. Modern yet homey.
This hotel is equipped with everything you need. Except for gyms etc. Back packers like me will surely enjoy with this hotel. Impeccable room set up and hotel amenities. They have also have lots of freebies. From ice cream, beverages, candies, coffees and teas is available 24/7. Breakfast selection is great too! They have rice!
Over all, I am definitely recommending this hotel to you too.

Again, speaking in English and a bit upscale of customer service and communication is needed amongst staff.
Location of the hotel though, it takes 20 minutes walk to Sanduo Shopping district MRT station. A bit far.
Also, tip for future hotel guest of this hotel. Make sure to buy food before going home to this hotel as the area done have fast food or restaurants around. Only 3 ramen stalls is available. They have 1 noddle restaurant near the the hotel but they only offer limited selections. Family mart and 7Eleven store though is present every street.

The room is spacious, clean and cozy. The staff is very nice and helped us to mail our forgotten item. The milk tea in the morning is delicious

15 min walk to the subway, close to SOGO and a mall, street filled with things to eat. Room is beautiful, modern just like the pictures. Breakfast is AMAZING, asian and western style.
There are two steps between the door to the bathroom and to the room. At night, people might accidentally trip on them.
