Location was very central and convenient to the Kaohsiung's main station. The room was quite clean as were the hallways and elevators. While the bathroom was clean and nice, the water pressure was quite high in the shower.
The air conditioning was a little hard to control between the two sides of the room.

We stay at the room with big window facing Kaoshiung station and this is our second time staying at this hotel. The location was superb and easy to go anywhere by tube or bus.
the closing time of the common area at the lobby was 10:00 pm and it is better to extend to midnight.

Right across from Kaohsiung Main Station, Red line on MRT so it was direct access from the airport which was great. Around the hotel however, not much at all. For the purpose of my visit, the one night worked well and gave me access to other locations on the Red line. Room was large. View great.

It was very clean and we liked the stylish interior. The location right next to the station is perfect. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
We couldn't change the code for the safe.

Convenient location. Very near from Kaohsiung main station and near 711. Spacious and clean room with a view of the Kaohsiung station.

Location was right in front of Kaohsiung Main Station LRT. It was easy to go to different places because their LRT system is convenient as well. It was near restaurants, convenience stores and shopping places The accomodation was comfortable as well compared to the price. They replenished the towels, water and other toiletries when we requested to have the room cleaned. The hotel was also kind enough to let us leave our luggages after check out to roam the places more comfortably before we get it just in time to catch our flight - this is without additional costs too! Although ours didn't come with breakfast package, they let us have snacks and coffee in their lobby for free.
I wish we had a bigger window with a view though. Our window was so small and thought was only there as ventilation.

The room is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I like to sleep with a small light on. However, the switch turns off all lights, and leaving the toilet lights on is too bright. Also, instead of a stool, a side table will be better utilised. The location is far from the night markets.

The hotel is very well located right across Kaohsiung Station, making it accessible to the rest of the city. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, with separated toilets and showers (compared to usual hotel bathrooms).
The check-in process felt unnecessarily complicated as we were asked to scan a QR code to check-in online even though we provided our details at front reception.

The location was so good, the rooms were clean and the facilities provided were great.
The rooms are so small. Maybe a night stay or two can be advised. The breakfast was same everyday. There needs to be an improvement on that for sure.

Location is right next to Kaohsiung station, less than 5 minutes walk, so very easy to get to HSR, TRA, and MRT. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in process is done on your phone (convenient, but need to connect to wifi and may be difficult for older people).
The bathroom layout is not very convenient for 4 people as everything is in 1 room. It would be nice for the toilet, shower, and sink to be separated as with the deluxe double room. The shower was very slow to drain on some days, causing a lot of water on the floor in the bathroom after showers. Our room was on the 9th floor (top), but others in our party had a room on a lower floor, and could hear when chairs were being moved from upstairs.

The room faced the rail station, good view. The location is unbeatable! With windows closed and excellent air-co, the 5th floor room was none-the-less quiet. Nota bene: by design no carpet. Jean was so helpful!! Thank you :)
