Rooms are well equipped with two large comfortable pillows per person, new mattresses, comfortable desk and chair. Finally enough pillows at a hotel! I recommend the City View Rooms. Free fresh ground machine coffee, free laundry room, and the management has thought of basically everything from the customer's viewpoint. The rooms are super clean and sheets and towels look new. Well managed hotel with hardworking staff. Tons of quirky stuff for people with kids, but absolutely perfect for solo and couples as well. Walking distance to metro and the best night market for food and drink.

A really nice and spacious room with a very large comfy bed. The bathroom was nice and the bath fantastic, with plenty of space. Good TV, and space to work from if you so wish. Free tea, coffee, vitamin water, and ramen were a nice touch, and there was popcorn available in the lobby too, but I did not use.
The only downside was a bad water/sewer smell in the hallway of my floor on my second day there, but it did not enter the room, so it was hardly a major issue.

My stay was perfect, excellent service. I couldn't ask for more, even the food and drinks in the room are complementary. It's a very convenient location, just a few minutes walk to Liuhe Nighe market and other local spots. The staff was so helpful, we forgot our belongings after check out, but the hotel reached out and offered to return them for us. We really enjoyed our experience here.

The hotel staff were very helpful. For example: The person at the front desk made sure to give us some maps, goodies and tips on where to go. The hotel is artsy which is nice and there are many complentary things such as free coffee, popcorn etc and even free things in the room. This makes the place feel genuinely hospitable even though we did not use it all. We had a wonderful time. We had a king room with bathtub. It was very comfortable. Also the water refilling station in the hallway is convenient. We would certainly recommend this hotel.
