Nice and helpful staffs, they always take care the guess. In my room,there is bed guard to protect small kid fall down (just ask the staff anf they will help. The kids also enjoyed the lounge on 2nd floor a lot.
Maybe on the breakfast, it would be great if the hotel has eggs station or noodle station

The designs, the big beds, very kind and accommodating staff, they have Japanese style toilet.
They have kid friendly breakfast (they have cereals but a bit bland on the other meals) Kudos to the staff, specially to the ladies in the buffet area. They still accommodated us even when we were a min late on the closing time. The front desk staff also helped us with booking taxis and getting a van to alishan for a short period of time.
They also have popcorns!
A stone throw to family mart and 7eleven. There are restaurants near the hotel. My son really enjoyed it and still remember the name of the hotel.
They have noodles in the room which is great since we didn’t get them in taipei hotel. However, it not the tasty kind. Maybe change it!
Still a bit of a walk to pier 2 if you have kids (maybe 10mins). Close if you like walking. I know you should do your research first but It would be nice if the front desk would recommend the routes going pier 2 or best value places or very good restaurants near the area specially for international tourists. Or best time to go to places. It would add value and save time to visiting guests.

It’s located at a very convenient location. Building and hallway are all painted in very colorful delighted paintings. Kids love it. Breakfast included is also nice.

Comfy, great value, love the free laundry as well. Good location, five minute walk from MRT and with lots of awesome food nearby. Breakfast is extensive but very basic flavors. Water bottle fillers on each floor and air purifiers throughout the property are a nice touch.
No real issues, great hotel and would stay there again!

We liked Free popcorn, instant noodles and water and we liked the big room. It was new fresh and clean, Staff was friendly and we liked the free soda.
We liked the bathroom and the toilet.
And the location is very good because it was close to many stores and malls.
Some of the kids didn't like the breakfast, little kids friendly breakfast. The pillows were too hard one of us couldn't sleep well on it.

The location was great- it's central to shops and restaurants and walking distance to the pier and the metro. The room was comfy and breakfast was great. Also loved the laundry room. So easy to do laundry quickly and efficiently. Very good value for money.

Staff are more than helpful - they think for customers and offer help with gladness and cheerfulness - both my son and I value the staff and hotel greatly!

Good breakfast with mix of meat and vegetarian options. Room was good size and decorations were creative. Kid loved having own specially decorated bed. Room has free water, soda, tea, and instant noodles. Game room and good laundry facilities in basement. Nice lounge with coffee and popcorn on 2nd. Walking distance to many attractions and station but may not be walking distance for people with small children or disabilities. Water pressure in shower was amazing.
Some guests were noisy and yelled a lot in their rooms and in hallways. People above us stomped on the floor (our ceiling) until late at night.

There's a spacious cozy lounge on the second floor with sofas and cushions where you can help yourself to hot drinks and pop corn while watching TV. There's also a microwave oven for heating up food.

Good budget option. The location is close to MRT and the cool Pier 2 art center. The art center was buzzing on a Christmastime Sunday afternoon when I arrived. The lounge area has kitchen stuff plus snacks in the evening. The basic room was nice enough and the breakfast well timed with a large dining area. Always good to have an ice coffee every morning. The check in staff was friendly and held bags until 4pm check in. I did not use the in house laundry or game area.
There was a slight sewage smell of trains without a trap from bathroom.
