Friendly, AC COLD! Yeah, water pressure good , very close to metro and night market
We didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that
Simple thing we probably just couldn’t figure out- the light on the AC was SOOOOOOO BRIGHT!!!

The location was good close to the mrt. The complimentary afternoon tea for the arrival day was a nice gesture. The breakfast had great options.
The sofa in the room could use a replacement as it had some stains on it. Otherwise we were very happy overall.

The location and staff. Rooms were super clean, and the environment was good.
- I didn't like that a lady on the counter took my card out of the protection cover and spent some time looking at the back of my card. This is something dangerous, and without my permission, i felt it was a bit intrusive. If you need to take out my card to swipe it, ask for my help, but don't go to scan all parts of my card, as this is sensitive information. But i hope this was just a small incident, and they will not do anything bad, as i felt the staff was very friendly.

- Also, I didn't like that in the app it tells me i didn't need to pay, and it seems like they did pre approve the full amount from my card. This was something different from my previous stays, and i am still concerned cause booking says something, and the hotel did something completely different. I did receive an email from booking, but rather than "a small amount," they charged the full amount from my banking right away.

Excellent location. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of food daily. Staff is very friendly and polite.
Our WiFi on our first night did not work well. However it worked fine after we changed our room.

It's nearby station & night market. We're allowed to eat the food that we bought from night market at the hotel restaurant.
The washroom is a bit low maintenance & no house shoes are provided.

Location is pretty good, with good proximity to the train station. But would advice taking a taxi if you're lugging luggage. The housekeeping is good and clean. The room I was in had a window but no view as it basically was right next to the next building. Rooms can run a bit small. I took a 3 person room for myself. Not sure how 3 people with 3 luggage can fit.
