Great location near the terminal. Great morning breakfast and loved the tea/ice cream lounge area. And we ended up getting free parking!
Loved the parking but if that was full I am not sure what we would have done.

The breakfast was wonderful! My whole family loved it ;-)
The bathroom had a bad musty smell, not too clean ;-( Also our room was close to the trash closet, and there was always some kind of cleaning cart or trash bags in the elevator hall lobby area that was unpleasant to see.

It is 2 mins walk from the station. It’s a big building, you cat miss it. It has a laundry room with a few washers and dryers. The breakfast is solid, a good spread of fruits, veggies, porridge and proteins. They seem to rotate some dishes every day.

The hotel is located just a few steps away from Kaohsiung Main Station. The check-in was smooth and the room was comfortable and clean. I love the free snacks and ice cream at the lounge, and the breakfast was lovely with decent options to choose from.

Perfect location, and the staff are so extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was lovely, and the room was large and comfortable.
If I had to nitpick, the WiFi wasn’t great. It dropped a few times during my stay or the speed degraded too much for it to be useful over my cellular plan. Otherwise no complaints

Near the main station, free snacks and laundry on the first floor, pretty good breakfast, elevators were fast
Random fire alarm at 1am, room smelled like sewer sometimes and had to air out the room, mosquitos in the lobby area, some options at breakfast were cold and questionable, drying machines in laundry room are hit and miss with heat and drying performance

Location, the new remodeling with cool windows. clean bathroom, excellent breakfast, helpful staff.
Windows cannot be opened as it’s too high, plus it’s next to a big street. But if you close windows, you don’t hear any noise.

Very convenient location next to the train station, free ice cream and a beverage was a nice touch
There are doorbells on all the rooms and when someone rings them it wakes up everyone on the whole floor. They host a lot of tour groups so if you are stuck with a group that likes to ring each others doorbells (in my case, a group of kids who decided to press them 5x in a row every 10min or so) good luck getting any rest, especially if you don’t speak the same language as the people in the tour group. Absolutely ridiculous design for a hotel. There should be quiet hours or something. The room was also quite small and the breakfast was fine but not great compared to other hotels I stayed at in Taiwan.
