1. Couldn’t get any milk from the machine, due to the milk was frozen. 2. The toilet couldn’t flush smoothly. It felt needed to be plumped. 3. There was weird machinery noise during the whole bed time.

Breakfast is good, employees are very nice and friendly.
The quilts, pillows, and towels all had an bad smell (moldy smell), which made the experience not good and the rest uncomfortable. Sleep quality was poor.

I recently stayed at Kindness Hotel Wu-Jia in Taiwan and had a positive experience overall. The hotel offers a variety of amenities and is situated in a local area, providing an authentic Taiwanese experience. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a fridge, TV, and USB charging ports for added convenience. I appreciated the large, clean towels and the noise isolation, which contributed to a comfortable stay. The hotel's location near a subway station (red line) made it easy to explore the city. Breakfast at the hotel was satisfactory, with a decent selection of items to start the day. The availability of free coffee, water, and ice cream throughout the day was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and attentive, with May standing out for her efforts in ensuring a comfortable stay and checking in periodically.
I did encounter a minor issue with the shower area. A cabin or curtain would be a welcome addition, as the current setup allowed water to splash onto the bathroom floor easily. A small improvement like this would enhance the overall experience.
