The thoughtfulness of the management. They thought about everything a guest would need or want. Free laundry, a good breakfast, 24 hr snack and drink and ice cream, supper with comfort food that’s good enough for dinner if you don’t feel like going out after a long day, umbrellas, filtered water dispenser on every floor, clean and bright room, lots of storage space in the room for slightly longer stay. N the list goes on. This is definitely a brand name to search for if we are looking for accommodation in Taiwan.
Sound proofing of the door. Noise from corridor. But that was only for 1 particular day when a whole troop of young students checked in and couldn’t hold back their excitement. They were running up and down the corridor and knocking on each other’s room. I am sure it was not a normal case in the hotel because all our other days were pleasantly quiet.

Good breakfast!
After finishing booking, they took all amount from my credit card and said it's only an guarantee that they wouldn't really take the money. But the amount would be released after a month! When I checked in, they charged again for "the real payment". It's one of the worst experience on guarantee. Mostly the hotel gives it back immediately while checking out.

the lounge was very nice and they let us use it after we checked out when waiting for our flight - this was awesome and much appreciated! it is close to the MRT. the food at breakfast and the midnight snack was very good. the staff were nice, but not as friendly as at some other Kindness hotels we have stayed at
the bidet didn't work properly and even after reporting it they didn't fix it. our room was a bit odd as it doubled as an emergency exit. we paid a premium price and didn't really have a premium experience

Zoe at the reception is excellent service. She tried to help us over and beyond. Everything, location, delicious food, snacks, and free generous dinner, especially ice cream, we enjoyed very much, free laundry & dryer, it is really meaning of the name of Hotel , KINDNESS

Conveniently located within 10 minutes walk to the KMRT. Good breakfast selection and free flow of icecream, coffee and other drinks at the lobby cafe lounge provides one with an option to relax other than one’s room.
Keep repeating menu everyday though there are some changes. But for 5 days eating almost the same stuff can be a bit too much.
