The location was super convenient. Breakfast was excellent, the night snack was decent. Staff members were exceptional. It provided everything with spacious room space and even a bathtub and an electric washlet. Great views

We had breakfast every morning. Staff were so courteous and polite. Lots of food options. Front desk lady was exceptional in helping us with the dryer. We had a minor issue with TV system upgrade, but the manager came and fixed for us promptly.

They offer free breakfast, free dinner buffet and all you can eat ice cream and coffee making them an incredible value. The rooms were very clean and updated and the staff was very helpful and kind. We stayed at the location closest to the pier which was great for walking to attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast was traditonal Taiwanese style, which is fine with me. Dinner was also included. Snacks and drinks were also provided 24 hours. Great value and minutes walk from the Kaohsiung Light Rail and Harborfront area.
The staff was friendly and attentive but if you speak some Mandarin, they probably feel more at ease. The male staff in the restaurant were also helpful but could have smiled more and used a more polite tone. No real complaints, though.

The location of the hotel is convenient.
1. The door lock of the room is only on the doorknob, and there is no hidden lock, which is worrying! 2. The dining environment is very messy and noisy when there are many people, although there are signs in the meal to identify, but because all people are holding the same, it is impossible to distinguish at all (there are encounters when going to pick up food, the seat of the original sign is occupied by other travelers). 3. The room soundproofing is really not very good.
