The 12pm check-out time is a plus with that the hotel being super close to the 六合 night market. You can enjoy your night life without worrying about having to wake up early the next day! The room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Breakfast was of decent quality. All the staff were friendly and kind. I think Kindness hotel demonstrated what Taiwanese hospitality is.

We were upgraded to a larger room which made things much more comfortable. Good location--within a 5 minute walk to the expansive night market and less than 10 minutes to Formosa Blvd metro station.
Only one elevator and it is very slow.

Location is excellent. Hotel is 5 min walking distance from underground railway. Washing machine were available. Staff were very helpful.
Choice of TV programme in room is very limited. The hotel policy was changed and no bicycle was free to use now.

Good location near Formosa Boulevard and the staff are very attentive. They even called me whilst I was out and about to check if we needed the room making up.
Breakfast is meh if you didn't grow up eating Asian style breakfast e.g. congee Even just some scrambled eggs would have been nice

Stuff was friendly, room was big enough. Unfortunately we stayed only one night. They have excellent self service breakfast. You can take ice cream, cookie, coffee, juice for free anytime. ?
