If you want to be down by the pier, this is a great location. Our room was clean and new and we could see the harbor from our window. It was a little small with very little storage but that seems to be quite common in Taiwan and it certainly didn’t bother us. Be sure to try the duck rice around the corner.

This was my favorite hotel in Taiwan. The pillows are really soft and the hotel is updated and very clean. The location is excellent, just a two block walk to the MRT and Pier two attractions. The staff are very nice. I especially liked the laundry facilities on the second floor.

I have visited the hotel multiple times and it is always clean, comfortable and the location is superb, too! It’s great value for money and the staff is always trying to be as helpful as possible. I can absolutely recommend!

The staff was very very nice. My girlfriend hurt her leg before arriving and they were very helpful.
The area is great, not far away from the waterside. But I think that the subway station is not that close.
There are many types of rooms and our was not the best.
There is no storage space in the room and the bathroom is tiny with washing hands outside of the bathroom.
The room was not practical. A huge huge bed but almost nothing apart from it.
I have to say that afterwards they offered us to change to another room, which would have some more space (still no storage space) but we were already settled in.

We found the location very nice - close to a nice night market, train and tram stations, but also walking distance (longish walk) to the ferry for Cijin, to the ‘Love Pier’ and also walk up to the lookout. Staff friendly and helpful as we’ve always experienced in Taiwan, and room had a nice balcony for sitting and looking out over some of the city.
Shower and water pressure maybe, but these weren’t bad by any means.

Location was great, close to Pier 2 Art Center and Cijin Island ferry. The room had great views of the marina and was very quiet. We loved the water bottle filling stations on each floor. The laundry room on 2nd floor was super convenient and the front desk had change for the laundry machines. NTD $10 for detergent packet, $50 for washer, $50 for dryer in November 2024. Front desk staff spoke English.
Floors in the room looked a little dirty, but it might have been the pattern of the flooring. Only one elevator and it's small so when a tour group arrived, there was a very long line to our room (12th floor). I ended up walking up to the 6th floor so I could catch it after some people left.

Lovely hotel to see out the typhoon. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to extend our stay and the location was great - just a few minutes from Pier 2, bus connections and the orange line (MRT). Added bonus of having an onsite laundry service and hot/cold water available.
Our room was cleaned when we asked for it not to be but this may have been a miscommunication.

Fantastic location near Pier 2 a great area for a walk along the river enjoying the artwork. Food trucks and market stalls open over the weekend .
Within walking distance to light rail for easy access around the city. Local Supermarket down the road and a great room with a view of the harbour.
Nothing really, except the bathroom and shower room are compact.
