The staff were very friendly. The did make an effort to provide breakfasr to our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were travelling with a car and the hotel provided a parking spot close to the hotel. Also had snack, coffee and tea place available all day.
The place was a little out date and could do with a make over. There is a washing machine, we wanted to do laudry that night and so when came back to the hotel we went to our room to get our laundry. When we came down there just one shirt in the machine and the machine was open and not running. When I asked the staff at the reception, it was reserved by another visitor and so we had to wait. I found that not so nice, it should be first come first serve. Or they should have a list where people can write their room number and what time the room would like to wash or some kind of a system. That did annoy us a little

Breakfast was great every morning. The hotel gives you free snacks 24 hrs in the foyer. Staff responded quickly to issues. Great location close to Cianjin MRT and Liuhe night markets. Hotel was very welcoming of my two young boys.
Light would stream in from window. Not a major issue but if it is an issue, then can just boom a windowless room.

The room is clean and comfortable. The stuff is really nice and there is free snacks.
The soundproof is really bad. We heard the room next to us screaming and it was really hard to sleep.

The breakfast was good with a lot of options (note for westerners that it is asian breakfast but it is delicious ?). The rooms had a japanese toilet and nice shower! The staff gave us free noodles and there were free snacks in reception. The staff were also very friendly and helped us a lot when we needed it.
The room was quite dusty, maybe because we booked a windowless room that is not used often.

the location was 8 min away from the mrt
my room was facing a busy street. right above the windows there are very bright lights that are very bothersome at night. i asked for a double bed but i got 2 single beds joined together. the room doesn’t not have a wardrobe or safety box. Room requires renovation.

The staff were very nice. The room was nice and cozy. Had a window and a cute graffiti of a mouse on the wall. Breakfast and coffee and jelly and even ice cream included for free!
The shower room was a bit dirty (in places, not all over the place). We also found someone’s hair on the bed… yuck!

bathroom seemed to be almost as large as the sleeping space. sleeping space was a little tight. window was not air tight, mosquitos and noise could get in. expensive for the room quality

Very clean. Staff helpful. Location fairly good.
Rooms are very small. Bathroom is tiny - shower is over the toilet although wasn’t as bad to use as it looked. Breakfast is not good. Also served in this very depressing windowless basement (would def skip it).

Staff are approachable and helpful. Beds are clean and comfortable, not too soft and not hard either. They have snacks, my children enjoyed them. Have car parking space nearby. Thanks to them, we had a great stay!
