Great location - close to Formosa/Tunnel of Light MRT station. Made it easy to get around town, plus we could walk underground through the station to get to the night market. Our room was comfortable, and both the staff and breakfast were great.

Everything was great, I found the breakfast insufficient (I really wanted cheese and there was just two variaties, cut into tiny cubes :( Why?! Waldo, at least on a Sunday breakfast should be open until 11 at least - it was still full and people clearly wanted to stay longer.
11 a.m. is also a very early time to check-out - for tne 150 euro we have paid I wish I did not have to rush washing my hair like this :(
They let us use the parking until 16:00 h for free, so that was nice :)
We did not like the enormous, out of proportion pillows - because of them the bed felt very short and as my husband is tall he ended up with his ankles out of the bed - this was ridiculous! Please change these stupid pillows - 70 x 50 is perfectly fine, not everything has to be designer sh.t, but just comfortable :)

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were good. The rooms were clean, quiet, and with a nice shower. The location is convenient near Formosa Blvd station
I found the bed too firm to sleep comfortably, and the poor sleep really took away from everything else. The hotel did try to help when I asked (they brought an extra blanket that I could put on top of the mattress), but it didn’t make much difference.

Fabulously comfortable and extra large bed. Much larger than a North American king.

Location is very good.
Layout is very strange and one elevator does not work. Also, housekeeping improperly trained and threw out a bag of souvenirs when cleaning the room.

The hotel is very fancy with beautiful design. The rooms are very big and nicely arranged. Great breakfast, very convenient location.
The pillow didn't sit well with my neck. There was no self-service laundry room.

The hotel and rooms are immaculate, it feels like you’re in a large studio apartment minus a kitchen. Additionally the rooms and hallways were very quiet (even with a busy street outside). They also offer commentary water in each room.
Breakfast is at the top floor overlooking the city which was nice. Food was mix of local cuisine and continental breakfast.
There’s also a complementary lounge area next to the front desk with free coffee, water and cookies along with multiple couches upon arrival or just to relax.
Staff speak English very well and had no issues with communication.
Hotel is minutes away from Formosa station (large and beautiful station). I had no issues taking the train from the airport directly to this hotel.
I also lost my umbrella and the front desk offered me a free parasol to get me through my day, which was very kind (didn’t end up taking it as it was pretty large, but I appreciate the gesture!)
There are two main elevators and one handicap elevator.
They can be rather slow, but we’re not a huge inconvenience.
