I like the room, which is huge with two king-size beds and a big sofa. The bathroom has a big modern bathtub and a shower room with a separate toilet. The location is very convenient, the subway is just at the doorstep, the malls, and many restaurants are within walking distance.
The buffet breakfast is a bit bland. The combination of food did not really go together, even though there was a wide variety. Also, the snack bar always has the same chips, drinks, or whatever juice leftovers from breakfast.

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was an expensive eastern and western spread, changing a bit each morning. The laundry was easy and the small playroom was great for my kids while we waited. Location was central for our activities and easy on the MRT stop.

The location was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lounge was a great touch while waiting for check-in. The luggage service was good. Was unexpected to be delivered when checked in. Great job. Love the toilet in the bathroom with heated seat and bidet. The safe is a great size to put stuff in and tuck away in the cabinet. Also love the water dispenser and refilling on each level with different temperature options. Also was pleasantly surprised with the laundry facility even though we did not get to use it. Great view. Went there for breakfast and dinner, food was good with variety. Even the public area were well maintained with cleanliness except the first

Clean, good location (right in front of department store), spacious rooms, comfortable beds, separate and private shower and toilet. There was a variety of breakfast items to choose from and the rice porridge was tasty. The hotel map and signage was easy to navigate. The staff was very helpful, professional, and quick.

Location — it was right across from the metro. Also, the breakfast had a lot of vegetarian options.
The room smelled like mildew and the toilet didn’t flush properly. The grout in the shower had black and pink mold.

The rooms are great and the VIEW!!! Make sure you get a room with a view, since they are situated nice. Breakfast was included in our rate and was at the top floor with a view. Other than the lobby, the hotel is otherwise in great shape and fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend (doubly so if they can fix the shabby looking lobby).
The hotel shares the building with commercial offices, so the lobby is shared. As a result, the lobby is NOT air conditioned and looks pretty worn out and unattended (much better once you get to the Hotel portion of the building). Elevator had issues, so the queue to use the elevator really detracted from the overall experience of the hotel.

The staff. They're all friendly and know what the guests might need and they prompt even before are asked. The breakfast area is spacious and included breakfast is well presented with lots of choices.
The only nuisance, yet small, is that the building's lobby or the elevator is not air conditioned. The gratification is delayed after a sweaty walk on a hot summer day.
