It was relatively clean and the price for our stay was good. The sound proof was good as they have 3 layers of glass windows. I also like that every floor has a drinking water dispenser with hot and cold water. It was good for a one night stay. Not sure if I would consider it for long term stay.
It was really old. The bathroom looked clean but the shower area had a lot of water marks and other marks.

The staff were very helpful and did their best to support us with any questions. I especially appreciated the younger staff—the night shift pair and the young lady who spoke English often in the morning. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to both a light rail station and a bus station, with 7-Eleven stores nearby.
The room, however, felt a bit smaller compared to the one - another Guide hotel that we stayed in at Shinkuchan, and overall the hotel was more of a standard type

The bedroom with 3 beds was confortable. Good bathroom with eficient shower
Room quite expensive. No breakfast. A lot of noice and an fire alarm did wake us around 2:00am. Not a good surprise when you are sleeping. No information given.

Convenient location in quiet residential / art museum area. Reasonably spacious room for this price and location. Didn't feel crowded for 4 adults sharing the room. Easy check-in/check-out with both staff & automated machine.
Cleanliness was far below expectation for this price and not as depicted in photos. The table was covered in dust and there was undisposed garbage (some wrapping and an item that looks like a toothbrush) on the table (which was slightly hidden under a table lamp but fairly visible for standard room cleaning services). Poor sound proofing. A child was crying in the room next door at around 1245am and we could hear it clearly.
