The location is convenient, only 5-7 min walk from Sanduo station. The surrounding area is full of restaurants. The staffs are nice and the bathroom area is always clean and dry
My room was really hot in the afternoon even with AC turning on at 20 degrees

This was a fine place to stay for one night before getting to the airport the next day. The shared bathrooms were clean.
The walls/door was very thin so we heard many doors opening and closing throughout the night and muffled noise from the rooms beside. A fresh coat of paint on the wall would make a big difference in how the room looked.

Very considerate of the hostel to provide a small hand basket in the room—it’s likely you’ll need it when you go take a bath.
The air is stuffy at the entrance where shoes are stored, and the bathroom’s got some sort of smell. An air freshener might do wonders.

I had a great stay at this hostel! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything you need. The hostel is very clean, well-organized, and user-friendly, with comfortable and welcoming shared areas that make it easy to relax.
The only downside was that the beds were quite squeaky, which could be a little noisy at night.

The mattress. The room.
I booked a one solo room but when i went to the hostel and the staff show me the room i am surprised because they give me a room with double deck bed. I thought it was just one bed. But it was ok because the mattress is Good the room was clean it smell nice and they gave a a room with a view of the city view. I hope to be back again to my next trip . Hopefully.

The hostel was very clean and had multiple room options. I shared a bunk bed room with my friend. Ample toilets and showers. We used the coin-op laundry and there was also an area in the bathroom for handwashing. The common area was large and had utensils and other cups. It was a good location and easy to get around.

Wheelchair accessible. Nice and helpful staff (Eva and Emily smilingly answered my many questions); very comfy bed, quiet, and super safe (with key card access between the elevator foyer and the rooms, and security person on ground floor). The restroom was amazing: 6 or more each of showers w/good hot water, toilets, basins, vanity stools with huge mirrors and hair dryers. There was also a long sink for hand washing and a spinner machine, plus drying racks with hangers. Nicest touch: pop music came on in the toilet stalls, so no-one could hear you do your business. Floor-to-ceiling windows on one long hall, with a long table and 10 stools. Decent WiFi. Refrigerator, free water refills. Rubber slippers offered and shoe lockers for your shoes. Good location, next to mall and transportation.
No windows in the rooms. Tiniest rooms I've ever seen, just 2m x 2m. Some of the door hinges squeak loudly and woke me up a couple of times.

The hostel is located in a strategic place in Sanduo Shopping District where Poya and Mega21 Department Store are located. It is also a few blocks away from the 85 Sky Tower and PXMart. The hostel is nearby Exit 7 but you may opt to use Exit 1 to grab some food at Mega 21 before you cross the street to the hostel.
The receptionist, Angela was very accommodating. Bags are also deposited if incase guests arrived earlier than check-in time. The place has a very spacious lobby and dining area. Though staff are only up to 11:30PM, staying beyond those hours will only require the Hostel card. If a you rented out or have your own bicycle, this can also be parked at B1.
During the check-in time, receipts were also handed over along with a guidebook for the hostel. It is well-explained with pictures but you may need to use Papago or Google Translate. The hostel occupies the B1, 3F and 5F of the building and are always clean including the Washroom. Water, tea and disposable cups were provided for the rest of the stay. Mini shoe-lockers are located near the elevator & the hostel provides inside slippers to maintain cleanliness.
The room is very comfortable and the AC is functioning well. Extra mini pillow was also provided. Signages are provided to keep travelers reminded of the rules inside the hostel.
If you wishes to check-out earlier than 7:30AM or after 11:30PM, guests may just leave the hostel card in a designated box and off you go without hassle.
Though the rooms are semi-soundproof, some of the other guests are still noisy despite the signages and house rule of "No noise after 10PM". They kept chatting and laughing around 2AM, ohhh boy :(
I think it would be best if guest the "No noise after 10PM" is emphasized during check-in time and signages are also placed in "each" room so guest are "always reminded" not to cause disturbance to other guests who wish to rest from a busy day.

Blasting music in the bathroom at all hours. Clogged toilets. Moldy showers that are falling apart. Needs more kitchen facilities.

It's a welcoming, functional place to stay in Kaohsiung near Sandor Shopping Center. The rooms were bright and clean. The common area large and inviting.
Individual rooms had no windows... you do feel like you're in a prison. The common bathrooms could be cleaned more often as they smelled a bit.

Great location. The common room was good. I liked that the dorm beds had curtains and the shared bathrooms were always clean.
The place needs a little upkeep. Holes in the ceiling, worn fixtures, etc.
