The best place for us. We love the location, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, everything is simply amazing. This was our second visit and absolutely loved it. We got the hot tub room this time around and enjoyed it dearly.
Nothing much, however it would be nice if they can properly label food for allergens/meat/dairy. They do have an allergen card, but sometimes pork or chicken isn't labelled even though it is in the dish. The staff did come to us and explained it isn't vegan, but it'll save everyone some time and trouble if the labelling is done correctly in the first place.

Cleanliness, free water bottles breakfast.
Bathroom only offers privacy via a curtain shade. Not as good as a physical wall in between and not suitable for non-couples or a group of friends. TV can offer more channels.

Great location, very noisy during weekends due to megaphone. Excellent staffs. Paid extra for bed but spring coils move the bed way too much. Lay out of room is weird, not enough chair for 2.

The hotel is at an amazing location near the MRT and the Love River. The breakfast has couple of vegan options and there's a lovely vegetarian buffet restaurant right across the road. We were pleased with the staff who took care of our needs and made it a amazing experience. I would suggest you ask for 09 or 07 rooms, they have better view of the river. They even have coin laundry in the basement, so it's all very hassle free. Rooms are of decent size and the beds are quite comfortable. Don't forget to read the "365 Days for Travelers" book, it was really thought provoking.
