We didn’t have hot water in our room, so we have to transfer in the middle of the night. The lights were too dim.

Walking distance to the pier and lrt .
Less options of restaurants nearby. The bed and pillows are too soft. Room quite ok but outside is old. Noisy from people talking and. Disrupt your sleep in the morning by noises from the upper room or the next room. Paid 600 TWD for 2 hours late checkout. Which you may receive a favor fro.other hotel for your 3-night stay.

At 11:00 AM, the staff disturbed me for checkout without giving me any extra time, even though I was sleeping. In addition, the room was extremely small and not suitable even for one person. I honestly do not understand how this hotel is rated as a 4-star hotel. There was also no safe in the room, the table was very small, and the lighting in the room was poor. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was not good. Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay.

Location and cleanliness. Lots of plugs in the room and modern features.
Only tea was provided in the room, if we wanted coffee then we had to go to reception. As we are early risers the 7 am limitation on getting a drink was annoying but not a deal breaker, we just had to purchase our own. Also, a few western choices for breakfast would be nice like fruit and yoghurt…again we had to buy our own, but not a deal breaker.

Location is the best, walking distance to Pier 2.
None of the staff can speak English (those on duty during our stay), they don't even greet you at all. Laundry area is 1 washing machine & 1 drier, nothing much & not tidy. The room has a lingering smell from previous guest/s (I guess). T&B is too dark for me.

Great location! Few minutes from the Pier.
Air handler is really musty, pretty normal for Taiwan but on the more smelly side. Also, rooms are a pretty tight fit.

A nice hotel. Clean and quiet. The staff are helpful and polite. The room was good. The Air Conditioner worked properly. The shower had hot water and the water pressure was perfect. I don't mind staying here. You can stay with kids. Very decent Locality.
The rooms are bit dull and gloomy. The don't have proper lights in the Bathroom. Bathroom has a face mirror but I can't see myself clearly because of the dim lighting. I don't know if it some fashion to have dim lighting

I like how near it was to the Pier. The facilities were clean and new. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom design and setup was great.
The walls were so thin that I could hear people talking and moaning from the rooms next to mine. The breakfast was in the older building and the food choices were not good. Also, the check in time at 3 PM is too late compared to most hotels that offer check in at 2 PM.

The room was really small. And it also was not soundproof. We can hear our neighbour. Didn't like how the toilet and the room were only separated by a glass door. The room was also a bit dark
