The roominess of the place. Clean. Close to transportations. Lots of food options too.
The curtain for the bedroom window does not cover the entire window.

Wonderful
Great bang for the buck. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly and forthcoming staff (my Chinese is not good; English on the other side was also not good ;-) - but we worked everything out!). Nice amneties available (tea, cookies, noodle soup) for the guests.

No conditioner or lotion offered.
Frosted glass door for the bathroom. Traveled solo, so not a big deal for me, but I absolutely hate this when traveling with a friend or partner.
Didn't get coffee refilled 2 out of 4 times after housekeeping cleaned.
Strong smell of smoke coming through the wall from another room.
Could hear people in other rooms and the hall quite clearly.
Kinda dismal feeling room/decoration all around. Low lighting. Weird wallpaper.
All of the above could maybe be forgiven if it was cheaper, but it was quite expensive.

Room is comfortable for 4 adults, staff were great. Amenities are complete and feels at home!
Easy check in & check out process.
1. Cockcroaches in the pantry area.
2. Centralized airconditioner that makes it hard to adjust room temperature.
3. Located a bit far from MRT station but they have free parking for guest.

Room spacious enough for 4 adults. Big bathroom cum toilet. The window ledge behind the bed was dusty. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towel and clothes which was inconvenient. Staff very friendly.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, newly renovated bathroom, and a nice touch with instant noodles and bread in the lobby. Great stay overall!
Only downside is the distance from the MRT, requiring a bit of a walk.

There's nothing much I like about this hotel except there are free candies, bread, coffee and instant noodles.
1. The room wasn't really clean. And it smells so mushy that it was so bad that I had to use essential oils.
2. There was some dirt under the blanket.
3. The mattress was terrible. It was not comfortable at all. For those who are light sleeper, wouldn't recommend this place.
