Very close to the train station. The rooms are spacious. Close to lots of laundromats.
The front door to the apartment is always unlocked. The shower water pressure is pretty weak, one of our rooms didn’t have a screen for the window, and a lot of the push buttons on the soap/shampoo dispensers were broken or missing.

Love how spacious the room is. 2 double bedded rooms were connected side by side, with curtains in between. Very clean room, had 1 toilet in the room, and 1 common toilet (which was very clean too). Parking is right in front of hotel, thankfully available. Water dispenser and complimentary bottled water available too. Lifts available for wheelchair user and luggages too. Highly recommend!
We didnt have a taiwan phone number, and we checked in later than expected time of arrival. Thankfully we found a way to enter the reception counter to make a call to the host for check in. Everything was prepared for us for check in, and we could get into our rooms via the phone call.

Property is an 8-10 minute walk from Hualien station. Big room and comfy bed. Staff is nice ang polite.
The restroom is a little dirty, especially the area near the shower head. Also, maybe you could change the shampoo and soap dispensers for a new one and add a cheap disposable comb to your toiletries. some travelers may not be able to bring one.
