Excellent staff very lovely, great room it was large, wonderful location close to the shops and food also next to a little park. Had free parking.
Advertised for free breakfast, they did give breakfast coupons but didn’t have too much info about how or where to use them, still a lovely place though

Walking location to train and eateries. Friendly host with good English. Big, clean room. Balcony. Electronic key.
Taroko was not accessible so a bit more help on what to do around town.

Perfect location close to the train station with a grocery store across the street and plenty of food options within easy walking distance. Our hosts were the loveliest people, super friendly and helpful, they even kindly shared some of their delicious home cooked food with me one night when I was feeling under the weather, without me even asking - I was so touched! The rooms are lovely, spacious, comfortable and well appointed as well. They can also provide home cooked meals (breakfast and dinner) upon request at very reasonable rates - highly recommend for a taste of delicious authentic local food!

The lift to 2nd floor. Spacious room.
The aircon was very noisy and auto power off at night. The shower temperature was not warm when the tap was fully turned up. Had to wait awhile before warm water come out when showered.

More of a hotel than a hostel.
The room and the bathroom was big and nice.
Cold and hot water for tea always available. Free coffee in the lobby.
The location is a 10min walk from the train station.
There is one person who speaks englisch. She is super nice and always helpful. Was a pleasure to stay there

Great location between the train station and Zhongshan Rd, as well as a PX Mart about 30m away. Comfortable and clean room, plus a helpful English-speaking reception, very reasonable price. We also appreciated the tea/coffee and snacks in reception, a nice touch.
The breakfast arrangement with Mos Burger on Zhongshan Rd was a bit limited, especially if you don't eat eggs

Quiet spot close to the train station (a few minutes walk). The hosts were very kind and helpful. They helped us rent a moped and arrange a taxi for when we checked out. They also gave us food recommendations. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower was great.
