Tony is friendly and is at the property daily, He lives in area. It is centrally located with easy access to the main roads leading you throughout Port of Spain and surrounding areas. Parking is in front of property on the street basically used only by residence. Property is a converted private residence with rooms additions to main structure. Basic accommodations
We arrived late, the original property accommodation an added-on room in the back and was sub-par/ absolute no by most standards . Tony moved us to the main suite shared by individual bedrooms. It was better and thankful there was no one to share the living space at this time. Unfortunately, Hot water was not available throughout the unit. Air conditioning was offered in the bedroom only, downside was rest of space was cooled by 2 oscillating fans located on the wall in dining room or living space. Kitchen was fine, Frig. was recently updated which was important, though the stove was in need of repair, or replacement.

Location was very tropical and peaceful … nicely tucked away. Tony is an amazing service person and goes above and beyond. He’s very attentive he’s a great resource for things to do as well.
The cleanliness and the condition of furniture need an upgrade! The cabinet needs to be ripped out and replaced, stove and items need a deep clean and shower needs a proper shower head sorta spittled as opposed to showered.

Host was nice how the place was far and all my request was not granted.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. But the towels were clean.

I have stayed twice. The man who owns the guest house is really pleasant. The room was clean. The location is pretty asy to access but it is still out the way.
The only compliant I have is the mini fridges were not clean and ready for use.
