Breakfast options and complimentary room items. The hotel also accommodated for an early check-in time at 12noon which we were satisfied with as we celebrated my son's 5th birthday.
I didn't like the depth of the swimming pool. I am no more than 5ft and I was really nervous in the water. My children used floating devices however, there was admitted anxiety since I can't swim and they were in the water.

I stayed at the hotel during the Christmas holiday, and overall it was definitely worth the price; the customer service was excellent, the front desk clerk were friendly and welcoming.
I did want to offer a small suggestion regarding the food while the Christmas buffet was nice I would have loved to see more local food options included the breakfast was okay but again incorporating local cuisine would have made it even better and more memorable

This is my second stay at this hotel. I very much like the quality and value. The bed is super comfortable, the tv is well appointed, the ACs (there are two in the suite) are excellent and the balcony has nice views. Staff were overall very friendly and helpful, although had a couple of communication problems between them regarding a one-hour late check-out. I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel tried to charge my credit card the day before my arrival. Since I wasn't in Trinidad at the time, my credit card company flagged it as fraudulent and blocked my card. I had to spend considerable time clearing that up. In future, it would be better to allow guests to pay on arrival if the booking is reserved by credit card, as mine was over Booking.
