They did something special for the guests everyday. Loved the fruit infused water and regular water that was free.
Upon check in, I was told that we were not going to get free breakfast because we booked through a third party. If we wanted breakfast there, we would have to pay for it. The only people that was allowed to get free breakfast was the people that booked directly through Courtyard. My whole party was upset by this information and felt like we were being punished.

Loved the staff, service, location and breakfast choices.
Need to be better about contacting clients prior to arrival and please add some Trinidadian food options to the dinner menu.

My stay was really awesome. The breakfast was very much on point.. the staff was amazing, you felt the love vibe from them place was very clean even though the hotel is undergoing repairs..

The location was good and the staff was hospitable
The room had ants which they never got rid of so it was us and the ants. As soon as we came to the room and use led the toilet it basically sprayed us with water. The Maintenence man came and said it was the handle. They need to check these rooms once booked to ensure it’s clean for the guest. Because it’s not cheap to stay there.
