Very Poor
There was garbage on the premises. Open Cespit cover missing. no linens one fitted sheet covering a mattress covered with plastic. The owner's brother was occupying the unit that was advertised on Booking.com when my husband and I arrived that afternoon 2/1/2026. We had to spend the night and left immediately the next morning. We were unable to get a hotel that day to leave, it was the week before Carnival and we had already paid Mr. Waldron for the accomodation.
Everything about the place was bad it should never have been listed and rented by Booking.com I asked the owner for a refund on my $2,800.00 USD he never showed up to give us back our payment.

Very Poor
I did not like anything about this property. It is run down and needs serious works. It was filthy and did not meet my expectations given that it is located in an upscale location. It is certainly not a villa, but an apartment. I was forced to leave after one day and I ended up staying at a condo which met my expectations.
Everything including the behaviour of the owner who was finding ways to get into the apartment.

Exceptional
Great location in a safe neighborhood. The host was friendly and helpful. Im not a hotel person so this was perfect for living amongst the locals. Plenty of parking for your rental car. Only about 20 min to the airport and another 20 min to Port of Spain.

Wonderful
Service by the owner was spectacular, willing to accommodate to many requests. Area was beautiful. Place was larger than expected but a welcome surprise.
Just required a bit more of a thorough clean in some places. Larger pots and pans would be helpful if staying staying for extended periods of time.
