Disappointing
I like the location, it’s convenient, food spots are easily accessible. It’s also a safe area and the property is gated with burglar doors.
The property “appeared” generally clean however upon using the facility (toilet and bathroom etc) it wasn’t the cleanest….there were hairs throughout the property and the floors were a bit dusty.

Loved my room #12 everything I needed was there I had my weekend plan around things close to the apt so for me I had a ball slept well when I got in until I was ready to go again well spent.

Very nice guesthouse, located a few mins away from the main commercial area of Port of Spain. I arrived in the evening and they checked me in remotely over the phone and talked me through how to access the property and locate the keys. WiFi and air conditioning worked very well and my room was comfortable and well equipped with a small kitchen area. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I loved that the room came with a kitchen and sitting area. The area could have been used for more than 2 persons. The location and security of hotel was optimal for me to have a second stay.

Nice backyard with tables and chairs. Quite for the location in the middle of the town. Rooms with waterboiler, micro and big refrigerator.
Not much space in our room. Low water pressure in the sink.
