Wonderful
The room was a wow factor, ery large. The food quality, wait time and staff service was great . The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, gym was a nice add on. Hotel is aesthically pleasing and well maintained.

modern, stylish, squeaky-clean hotel. Very spacious bedroom, with beautiful outlook, comfortable bed and stylish bathroom.
Noisy a/c, which I eventually had to turn off, because of it, but room remained cool, so no real issue.
The shower unit needs to come with instructions: it looks great but confusing how to get hot and cold to work.

Lovely ambience. Good facilities
Nice pool
Rooftop bar closed most of the time we were there for private functions. The other bar was also closed for a private function one of the days leaving only the snack bar

All of the staff are friendly and make the Brix my too choice whenever I visit Trinidad. There are dining options available on site as well as room service which is convenient and the food is excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have several outlets and USB ports for those who like to stay connected. The A/C in the room and black out curtains are perfect after a day in the sun.
There is nothing I disliked about the property. One recommendation would be for more lighting in the rooms as it was be a struggle in the evening/night time hours.

The rooms were big and roomy, and breakfast was great. Jamie was very polite and professional to our needs and the need of our toddler.
There was no welcome drink. The view was a wall of grass and tanks. Our request for robes, bed slippers and sheets for the sofa bed took over 3 hours, minus the slippers. The staff did not follow up on our request via call because we had to call twice to remind them.
