The room was clean, cozy, comfortable and spacious.
The breakfast had great variety to choose from and was delicious.
We visited the restaurant downstairs for dinner. Staff was scarce, we waited too long for service. The food wasn't fresh, in fact we asked for the manager who took the pizza off our bill because we couldn't eat it. The decor and ambience of that restaurant needs an upgrade.

It was the worst experience in my traveling life I will never book there again
My company booked there was an issue I offered to pay using my company creddit card and they wouldn't allow me as it did not have my Name on the card I travel the world for business and this is the first time this has ever happened..... I wasted 6 hours trying to resolve this and ended up walking to the Hilton who accepted my card straight away gave me early check in free lunch to say sorry for the bad experience I had with you.... So now my company is booking all our employees into the Hilton for the next year...... Very rude and extremely judgemental staff

The buffet breakfast was very good. The options were great. I loved the view from my room.
I was not allowed to have direct access to coffee at breakfast. There seemed to be some desire on the part of the hotel to control the availability of the beverages.

I loved the location
My room didn't have hot water for the first 2 nights and the bathroom slide door didn't work. The staff did there very best to accommodate us in any way that they could. It was appreciated.

Besides the workers who actually took the time out to be amazing workers throughout what was a very overwhelming short* stay. The actual employees are amazing!. From the front desk actual workers, To the cleaning staff,the bar staff,the lobby greeters amazing!.
Food although I do not eat much, My go to was amazing. As well as the calloo soup.
The most hurtful, Disturbing part of this short stay was the false marketing!. Beyond Disturbing!. With a even more disturbing,Disgusting form of whom is considered a general manager!. Mr. Forbes/Phorbes. The most disgusting form of professionalism, From a male/man,place of business. Disgusting!.
To say a traumatic moment, Traumatic experience. I'll take my time and do a full/formal report on what occurred, His mannerism,but most of all lack of professionalism.

The servers in the kitchen and bar and the room staff was amazing. Very friendly and always checked on me even when I got sick during my vacation. I can’t wait to return.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the room at the Radisson Hotel. The room was exceptional, offering a stunning view of the highway, the seaport, and the Hyatt Hotel. The scenic outlook provided a sense of openness and tranquility, enhancing my overall experience. Additionally, the staff at the entrance greeted me warmly, welcoming me back or extending a friendly "Welcome to the hotel," which made me feel appreciated and valued. The excellent service and comfortable amenities contributed significantly to a pleasant and memorable stay.
I have no complaints about my stay; I genuinely enjoyed the experience.
