Pool and grounds. Didn't feel cramped.
Although the staff was very pleasant and efficient, it still took too long to check in and out. There should be more staff allocated to the counter especially at those times.

Beautiful room, fabulous pool, panoramic views.
Would be nice if Breakfast offered even a limited a La carte menu as some people dont like a huge buffet breakfast.

The pool was great. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy.
The pool bar closes before the pool, the jacuzzi turns off early as well. The pool bar is also quite expensive. We had to leave and come back for our deposit to be refunded because a member of staff did not show up which was inconvenient and a little ridiculous.

The breakfast was exceptional as well as the pool.
It's was a hassle to check in and out as there were very long lines. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy and leaning out towards the sides as if you can fall off if you go too close to the edge.

The breakfast was amazing, the comfort of the room was good as well.
The pool was dirty, literally itched my skin, room service wasnt available even when called and the view wasnt giving what it was supposed to give. I expected better for the price.
