The location was fantastic in my view. There was a nice view available of harbor and the back drop of the mountains fantastic
The old musty smell of the room. I can only assume that it was closed for a long period of time, but after a few hrs it was okay once the aIr condition was on.
Secondly, there needs to be a garbage disposal at the front of the property where the guests arrive to be ushered/directed to check in.
The breakfast menu was awesome.
I was awaiting my ride and need to dispose of a water bottle and there was none.

The hotel rooms were immaculate, and both the seventh-floor and third-floor balcony views were beautiful and a highlight of my stay. The property felt comfortable and well maintained overall. I also appreciated that the manager addressed the airport pickup issue by providing a complimentary breakfast, which was a thoughtful gesture.
The initial transportation arrangement was stressful because the car that was supposed to pick me up did not arrive. While this was later resolved, it caused inconvenience at the start of my stay.
Breakfast prices were extremely high — $27 for continental and about $40 for the buffet — which felt excessive for a single meal.
During breakfast service on my second day, I felt rushed by the waitress. While I was still finishing my coffee, my plate was removed and I was immediately brought the bill and guided to pay, which made me uncomfortable and felt premature. I also noticed what seemed like differences in attentiveness toward other guests, which was disappointing.

The pool and hot tub
Imagine you have book directly to get a bottle water, no robes in the room, breakfast highly under seasoned. But the most shocking suprise was the security deposit, you need to specify this via email so that first timers would be aware. Not even a slice of cake at breakfast for my son's bday. No kind of birthday appreciation. I heard good things about here but my experience was highly disappointing. Wait . ..also the room was not ready for check in at 3pm...the rasta guy at the desk said he "will call." When I saw no call at 4.10..I visited the desk and he casually said..." oh yea it ready" , keep in mind we have a toddler and drove all the way from Siparia. Really wanted my son's first hotel experience to be great and to feel like the hotel made him feel special but this was disappointing.

Not much options for vegetarians and omlettes doing in the same pan as the one with ham I mean its not good also the breakfast needs more options for vegetarian and not vegan

The location was great and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous.
First room smelled like mildew and dog. Had to ask to be moved. 2nd room was great till we woke up with bed bug bites on our skin and a BIG cockroach was in our room and I had to kill it and call housekeeping to pick it up. The staff in the small café were very angry to serve you, hard to get a smile from most of them. I had to wait 45 minutes since supervisor of housekeeping was in a meeting to try to address the bedbug issue. I requested to have my room changed yet again, they sent to a room that was next to the original room I had that smelt nasty. I had to walk back to the front desk with all my luggage to ask for another room that didn't smell. It was a frustrating and awful experience. Now I'm worried about taking bedbugs back with me.
