There is no one in the reception most of the time, bad smell in the restaurant, There was reinvoation for the hotel during our stay so there were workers using the elevator, no one helped us with the luggage The only good thing is the location.

The location was excellent and the staff was helpful. The washroom had a bidet installed. We were given a two room suite but only one room had a wardrobe, dressing table and chairs.
The toilet seat was cracked and the bidet was not working properly (leakage). The toilet was really small and the shower area did not have the doors due to which water would spread on the floor. The shower and sink area were moldy. Water and toilet paper was never replenished during the four days stay and upon requesting we were informed that it was not available. There was no tissue paper available in the room and the toiletries did not include tooth brush and tooth paste. Breakfast was decent however, there should be more bread and food options. The breakfast should also include juice and fruits.

Everything was very good the stuff welcoming and friendly especially the manager abou Ahmed was very helpful and kind let you feel like your staying in your home .thanks abou Ahmed The location is perfect few meter from the famous maydan next to shops restaurants to the sahil also to souk.

We will not stay here again. We stayed in this facility 4 times including this time based in our previous experience due to two reasons. Firstly because it's close to everything secondly because of the Iraqi guy who I believe is the owner of the hotel. He was a very nice person and welcoming and the only one who can communicate to his customers. The other receptionist don't understand except Turkey. This visit was a regret and a total humiliation.
The Iraqi guy was not around so the communication was zero. The departure day the way the bags were arranged in the car in a way the passengers couldn't sit except the driver seat. They refused to rearrange due to no parking and they were not listening. We were running out of time and need to catch the flight. One man aggressivly came from no where started to shout and scream at us and threatened us if don't move the consequences will not be good. So we decided to take a taxi and the accommodation even refused to give a call for a cap. So we walked for along distance and waited for one hour to find a taxi. The complaint raised to booking.com which I believe didn't take any action against the property
