The stuff was really nice and very helpful, always kind smiling. Its very important. Room were cleaned regularly, food cooked with love. Liked white party in nearest beach, it was really luxurious, bath items were very thoughtful even with shaving foam, difficult to bring it with plane. Blue bar had breathtaking view and was very nice fresh in there
Toilets near spa were smelling bed and near aquapark toilets also were not in good condition. Aquapark need little renovation. It's the only things. There rest was at the level.

The best hotel we've been to in Turkey! The service is amazing, everything is always perfectly clean, all the staff are very pleasant, real professionals.
An amazing buffet, a seafood dinner almost every day, always a huge selection of dishes, absolutely everything is very tasty. Food is provided almost without a break until late night, very convenient, no need to rush anywhere. Excellent clean beach from the hotel, we went swimming without worrying about our belongings, there are no strangers there. There is fine sand, clean water, everything is cleaned constantly, bar, sun beds, everything is super! The room was wonderful, we had a view of the mountains and the sea, it was always quiet.
I liked the aquapark in the hotel, there are slides not only for children, it made me happy.
We went to buy souvenirs in Marmaris, but in the end we realized that we didn’t need to, because there is a wonderful store near the hotel. As a result, we bought all the souvenirs in this store nearby our hotel by the beach. I recommend Turkish delight sweets from this store to everyone, they are the most delicious that I have tried. I brought it as a gift, and people asked me where I bought it so that they could buy it there too when they go to Turkey.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, as it is absolutely perfect and we will come back again. Thank you so much, wish you continued success and prosperity in your business!

Not recommended at all… our rooms are 6209 and 6205
The staff are not friendly at reception and bad bill boys
We waited in the room almost one hour for our luggage until we spoke to the reception and we went to the reception and no one came to remove our bags…
Lifts are not working.
Not worth this money paid on this hotel
Moreover... Imagine that no pool towels available in the spa they informed me that they are out of towels by 4 pm
also the hotel is very crowded and buffet is serving not good quality food.
At the end… Hopeless hotel.. Check out another hotel

The staff. Seedat Ozlem the manager was very rude and not welcoming. We travelled from UK to marmaris and discussed with guest relations and call centre regarding transfer and we got confirmed that the transfer is ready to pick us up on arrival from dalaman airport to the resort however we were left stranded for over 2 hours and nobody was there waiting for us. Nobody answered the calls. Upon final arrival to the resort at ungodly hour 5am the manager Seedat calls his employe and speaks to us over the phone and is very rude. Does not even apologise for the mistake and negligence from their hotel. And then he demands us to pay more money on the day. It was the first day of our honeymoon and we were left very disappointed.

The ac didnt work in one of our rooms. When i asked for help, the technician came and told us it is cold enough for me, i wont do anything to it. We had to max it out at 18 celsius to get 24.5 celsius. I dont know about anyone else, but 24.5 is a little too hot to sleep in. This place is so good, that it was full. When i told them i wanted to change my room, they told me there aren't any available that they can change it to, unless i wanted a downgrade in the room (3/4 the size). I was there with my kids, so it was not convenient.
The hotel was so full, sometimes, me and my family couldnt find a place to sit at the pool/ beach/ or even the buffet. However, the staff there was always helpful and they will try their best to provide you a place. (Even though it might bot be the most convenient)

Property is run down , no where near a 4 star property in my opinion maximum it should get is a 3 star. Food is not good quality and the restaurants are pretty small compared to the occupancy level.
