Very nice hotel. My room had a balcony and a small kitchenette. It had everything that I needed and it was very comfortable. The hotel has a pool area and a bar and a few tables were you can order food from their menu. The food was good. The staff are very nice and polite.

The location and price point were appreciated. The staff was very kind and let us check in early and out late, which is always greatly appreciated. They also helped carry my heavy suitcase up three flights of stairs as there is no lift. The rooms are definitely dated, but still there is everything you need within them, including a nice balcony. There is also basic kitchen needs as well. Wifi was decent. It is not fancy, but a solid choice for an affordable stay in Marmaris. Also, close groceries, banks, shopping, dining and to the vans that transport you to other parts of the town and other cities.
There is a nice pool and pool bar, but overly crowded with Brits who save all the seats with towels overnight, not allowing others to sun. This policy should be changed in my opinion.

, the rooms were not nice at all. small congested room with broken lights. the host were very sweet helped out on some matters but the room itself was not upto the mark. wouldnt come here again.

The staff was awesome ! I couldn’t walk and needed to go to the pharmacy and Mamet one of the staff member drove me and helped me with the translation. The apartment was super functional

Beds for 3d person are extremely bad and uncomfortable, there was an ongoing construction right in front of the balcony, so “the view “ was not gorgeous ?

Room warm clean and comfortable,
3 building sites opposite working 12 to 14 hours a day, not hotels fault, but very noisy. Staff a bit surly but cleaning lady was lovely. No outside sitting, I know it's winter but it did reach 21 to 22 degrees most days.
