Exceptional
The Liman Apart hotel was near the sea, and the hotel had a well-maintained thermal pool. It took only 5 minutes to reach the Marmis Public beach and 2 minutes to the City Center. We enjoyed the stay. Love from Pakistan!

Nice staff, central location, nice swimming pool (did not use it). The staff let me do a late checkout, and to leave my things until the evening in the hotel
The room was on the first floor with a terrace and windows going out to the swimming pool area, so I had to keep the curtains closed.

Facility were very clean. Great location. Friendly staff
The unit we stayed in was filled with cooking smoke. Cooking smoke and smell of deep fried oil was coming in from the kitchen exhaust fan. We are suspecting another unit was cooking something or perhaps the hotel kitchen vent is connected to the same vent and flow backward in our unit. it was really unpleasant.

Everything was sensational!
From my arrival when Ümit welcomed me with a smile at 5am and throughout my stay the whole team made me feel so happy, relaxed and safe.
They happily recommended a boat trip, restaurants and even helped me organise a visit to the hospital for some routine vaccinations.
I had a wonderful time there and would only stay there when I am in Marmaris.
The other guests were also lovely. The accommodation attracts very nice people.

Excellent location, quite large apartment, elevator, balcony
Old dirty fridge and tea pot, no facilities like sponge, dishwashing liquid or salt, old blankets with holes, washed out grey bed sheets, problems with hot water (no hot water at the kitchen at all), very inconvenient bathroom

central but quiet location,short walk to seafront and local transport, comfortable apartment with sunny aspect and lovely hillside views. very friendly family run hotel. Hotel barman Hasan deserves a special mention for his ready smile and charming demeanour !
i was very happy spending a week here and could easily have enjoyed another! A haven of tranquility.

No big beds. If you are big guys - you won’t like it.
And if you want to sleep with your husband - it’s also impossible.
