I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maris Butik Hotel. I can't recommend it highly enough. Nestled between majestic mountains and the pristine coastline, this hidden gem offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere that felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the breathtaking views of the ocean, which seamlessly blended with the surrounding mountains. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore provided a calming soundtrack throughout my stay. The hotel’s landscaping is immaculate, showcasing manicured gardens and vibrant flowers that add to the overall tranquility of the property. Every corner of the grounds reflects the care and attention to detail put into maintaining such a stunning environment.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their genuine hospitality contributed to the welcoming atmosphere.
If you're looking for a tranquil getaway surrounded by natural beauty and excellent service, this hotel is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

The hotel is truly beachfront, and its location is amazing. The bay it’s in is absolutely beautiful—you just can’t get enough of the view. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’d especially like to thank the owner, Mr. Dursun, who is very attentive and involved in everything. Breakfast was more than enough and really tasty. There’s no parking issue, which made things even easier. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful… It’s a perfect place, especially for families with children. We were very happy with our stay and are already thinking about coming back.

I loved the hospitality of the personal and very delicious food in the restaurant. We were on 4 yachts aprox. 27 persons and asked to prepare dinner for us. The dinner was not only delicious but it was a super show)) My apartment was comfortable, clean and very nice for romantic stay. Stayed only one night but I was able to rest for next adventures.

The location. Beautiful bay. Loved the sea, clean water.
Beds and shower shelves needs replacing. Be prepared to drive 10mins to Turunc for food if don't want to eat at the hotel every night.

Its location is hard to beat.
The staff were all delightful. Very friendly & helpful and spoke god English.
The food was good, especially the breakfast & fresh fish.
My room was a fabulous size & clean & bright.
It wasn’t overpriced.
Looking a bit tired, peeling paintwork, dripping taps, safe unusable, egg chair had seen better days.
Room had aircon, but only on or off - the fan speed & temperature settings couldn’t be altered.
No TV, despite having a stand & cables.
I had to request a kettle.

Breakfast is big and very tasty! Location is perfect for lasy chill without parties and thousands of tourists.
Photoes on the advert should be renewed -difficult to choose room by the picture. Restaurant of the hotel for lunch and dinner is too expensive giving too little of taste and service.

Nothing. Dirty, tired. Did not match the pictures on Booking.com.
Dirty. Pictures did not reflect the actual property. All areas needed a good sweep & clean. Hotel office looked like a council tip. Cushions on all chairs stained. Tables dirty. Served chipped crockery at meal times. Room was dirty. Could write your name in the dust. Bed smelled musty. Toilet smelled. Furniture stained. No water in the fridge. Beach towels nothing more than a tea towel. Balcony had rust marks on veranda bars.

It offers a very relaxing experience with its seaside location from enjoying the beach to an exceptional service provided to guests. We stayed with our families and enjoyed it. It’s a simple place with no extra luxuries other than the nature itself.
The mattresses in the rooms might have been more comfortable

Seaside location with a lot sunbeds. Best swimming ever, calm and warm seawather, no crowds. A large estate that needs some refurbishment, but the owner Mr Dunsun is very attentive and generous.Thank you!

Usually the pictures you find on site are nice but they may be nicer compared to the reality. In this case, the reality exceeded, by far, the pictures. This was a very nice surprise for us.

The location is amazing, great views, the beach is near the hotel and you have privacy, it s clean and with a lot of space. Also everything was really clean, from the room to the garden, to the pool and the beach. Also the pool is amazing with a view over the mountains and the sea. The property is located far from the city noises but not far from the necessities like supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The personal was really friendly and helpful.
The only thing related to the property is the location - roads. If you have a fear of heights, the road until you reach the location might be challenging, but it s also an advantage due to the fact that is safe, silent and clean.

This place is like a paradise on earth. The staff is amazing, my great thanks to Dursun, he made sure our stay meets and exceeds our expectations.
He proposed free yoga classes also informed that they host yoga retreats in this place as well. Great value, we will definitely come back again. This is the first place I will think about any time I need a silent, peaceful vacation where I can feel like home. 10/10!!
