Cleaning and catering staff were very respectful and helpful. I had left my diamond solitaire diamond and a large gold ring by bedside. , on my return, they were still there despite the cleaning staff being in the room. Highly reliable staff.

The food, hotel location close to the beach, friendly staff
cleaning wasn't as we expect it, I mean we had days with no clean towels and duvets changed!! drinks were limited with only 6 types of cocktails but there were tasteless, only one type of beer and 3 wine selections!! at the beach you have to pay for drinks but make sure to have turkish lira otherwise you will be charged more!! no toilets near the beach, the room was noisy from the Main Street, no WiFi and TV no iron, you have to pay for them

Location was perfect, the bus comes to the front of the hotel. The hotel was clean. The quality of food was good. Drinks were good and especially beer.
The SPA was not free as mentioned in the booking when we reserved. The sauna man told as it’s full now and making some excuses and this was not nice at all. The card of door was not working and we tried many times for opening it and this was annoying. The pool was always crowded and the pool chairs were always reserved. The beach was faraway and this will not be a good experience for people who like the beach view.

The location is perfect, situated conveniently close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who were the best I’ve encountered in all my travels. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained every day. I highly recommend Lalila Suite Hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay with top-notch service.
I found the hotel to be a bit too expensive for what it offers, especially compared to other hotels in the area. The food, although always fresh, often lacked good taste, which was disappointing. Additionally, the entertainment and liveliness at the hotel were not great. Overall I had a good stay!

Location is central, pool very clean, spa amazing, entertainment great, weather fabulous,rooms cleaned daily
Housekeeping staff can be loud early in the morning talking on their phones or in between themselves, or I've seen one staff watching movies during work in the morning on her phone while sitting with her elbows on the housekeeping trolley.She completely ignored me passing by, she was too much in the movie. Food is not so tasty, while there are lots of options, these had no taste, no salt, no flavours, very faded.No sea food options at all.Repeated food daily for all inclusive.Drinks were ok. No wifi except in the lobby.No TV channels, we supposed to pay extra if we wanted tv. There is no water refill in the bar in your room. Pillows, OMG, a stone under your head.We did not use them at all, too high, too hard.

Location is good, but it is very noisy and all outside noise can be heard inside. Close to beach. Food is okay, but most is over cooked and under seasoned. Staff was nice.
No air conditioning in hallways or public areas. So they are very hot. No self service laundry on site or close by. The dry cleaning service offered is way over priced. Outside noises and thin walls makes it really load. Swimming pool is extremely small for the size of the hotel and always crowded. Can’t check in early, so they line all the baggage up and it makes the reception area look trashy until guests are allowed to check-in. Cleaning staff not that great. We had four people in our room and she kept leaving us three towels. We asked for a fourth comforter twice and it was never delivered. She didn’t clean our bathroom daily at all. She would just leave towels and toilet paper. For the price, it could be better. Really average and not 4-5 star as advertised. More like a 3-3.5.

Clean and tidy. They didn’t have rooms available and upgraded us.
