I’ve been to this hotel before it has really up graded the food was amazing, everything was clean and staff were attainable at all times. Highly recommend.
The only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t get my refund for leaving one day early.

Nothing at all.
It was a nightmare. Started when we booked a triple room and came to find a one queen bed in the room only with a small sofa. The ac is the worst part and not working almost everywhere in the hotel even the gym. The rooms are dirty and daily cleaning is really bad. The hotel is very crowded too.the food quality is also bad. Had to keep the room for only sleeping and we went out from morning to night almost everyday.

Good Location, friendly staff, but this is NOT 5* hotel.
The worst hotel experience in the last 5 years.
Small room, old AC that doesn’t work. Yes, there's a sea view — but between your balcony and the sea, there's a field and a construction site. The real "fun" starts at night: karaoke downstairs with drunk singing until 3 AM. Sleeping is nearly impossible. If you care about peace, comfort, and rest — look elsewhere.

Really nice hotel, food was really nice - lots of choices, staff very friendly and very helpful , hotel was really clean, great location, only issue I come across was the indoor heated pool had a problem so wasn’t hot

It was easy to get to everything being in the heart of Marmaris
The food was a bit repetitive after the first week. Our room was large but old and the door to the balcony didn’t seal properly so we could hear the bar next door at night

Clean, friendly staff. Food was nice especially the snack bar. Was very nice. Breakfast was decent but not much variety on pastries or biscuits.
We were in a building which was far from reception. Had to walk like 5 mins and go up few diff elevators to get to our room. The wifi was really bad in our room
But in the reception area was good
