Rooms were large
We strongly advise against booking your stay at this resort. Despite having paid $4400 USD for a 5-day stay, we were thoroughly disappointed with our experience here. As seasoned travelers accustomed to staying at similar resorts and hotels at least twice a year, we can definitely confirm this has been the worst experience of our traveling endeavors. The staff's conduct towards us was highly problematic, severely impacting our overall experience. Unfortunately, the majority of individuals employed here are not remotely pleasant towards foreigners, let alone offer common courtesies such as a simple greeting. Instead, we were consistently met with disdainful gazes and harsh communication.
Making matters worse, we faced extreme difficulties using our Mastercard for payment, a method which has never caused us issues before. This resort was unable to accept our card and even charged us twice for expenses. Our attempts to explain that our Mastercard was a credit and not a debit card, therefore having no pin numbers, fell on deaf ears. The resort's solution was to withdraw cash from an ATM, which we explained was impossible given withdrawal limits and amount needed. They then suggested we should do a wire transfer, which came as a shock to us. As consumers, we felt targeted and swindled by their insistent attempts to procure payment.
Moreover, concerning the resort's amenities themselves, we were continuously pestered to pay for laundry services, despite informing the staff that we would pay during check-out instead. Their behavior towards us was unbecoming of a respectable establishment, with the staff exhibiting blatant disrespect towards paying guests. Not to mention, the food options were severely lacking; we noticed every meal was recycled, reusing leftovers and compounding it with fresh ingredients. Such practices are, in our opinion, unsanitary and unsavory for any guest to be subjected to.

This is the last day at this hotel, I like it so much so far. Ive been to many places but I should say this place has the best employees ever. Specially from the Food and Beverage, waiters are always willing to help with everything and each of them are so kind. the room is always clean. Food is amazing. Spa services are one of the bests and they serve good drinks. Its a price performance hotel Id recommend to all of my friends. Theres a minor problem with the reception, theyre not as smiling and they couldve answered the phone in a more professional way. Also, special thanks to Raman from animation who found the deck of cards and went all the way down to the amphitheater to get it for us. Definitely coming back to this hotel!

spacious rooms, outdoor rides, pools
lifts, extremely crowded especially at meal times. I believe that I bought my stay from Booking.com at a high price and then a travel agent sold it at a very low rate, it was very obvious that it was sold at a discounted price.
From the moment I stepped in the hotel I realised that it wasnt what I paid for but when I asked at the staff in charge at check in who was one of the worst I ever met in a hotel told me I have to pay the amount for my whole stay and asked to deal with my agent if I wanted to change my dates he was rude and I felt it was a scam and had to stay since he didnt take any responsibility or discuss anything with me other than full payment.
