Our room was upgraded without even requesting. The apartment we got was perfect. Breakfast was delivered to our room and the parking was just in front of the door of the hotel.

The hotel room wasn’t what we expected at all, instead, it was a big, beautiful apartment! The apartment we had was honestly better than some of the apartments people are actually renting in Ireland. The breakfast was served to our room every morning and was nice, the staff were always on hand to answer questions or give us directions to help plan our day trips. Fantastic stay.

Large unit compared to a lot of the properties we stayed at in Türkiye, and conveniently located for easy access to the Konac tourist hubs. A bonus reason we chose the hotel is for the washing machine in the room to get a midway travel laundry done before heading to Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even sent up a small cake for my birthday

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Izmir! Everything was perfect – from the delicious breakfast to the cleanliness and the warm welcome. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Mehmet who was very friendly and assisted us with everything we needed, including tips on where to go and what to do. It was truly a great experience!

Spacy rooms, kitchen with necessary equipment.
It's located on very busy street, we struggled to have some fresh air in the room due to noise outside. A/C exist in the room but for winter season (I guess until April-May) it's not operational.
