- The property is centrally located and offers great value for money
- Mazlum was great with our car. The property offers free valet parking and Mazlum was simply great. Always smiling, had our car ready when we wanted to leave on time.
- The spa facility was amazing, the swimming pool and hamam services were great. A touch disappointing that the pool wasnt heated though.
- The restaurant served good food and room service was promptly delivered to our room
- The room size is pretty decent and the small hamam in the room was the icing on the cake.
- A couple of negatives from our stay was that the heating/cooling was centrally controlled which meant we found the room a little too warm for our liking but we couldnt cool the room because the central aircon was set to heating and the hotel did not have any standing fans either to give us.
- It would have been perfect had the swimming pool been heated and not at room temperature
- We stayed in a non smoking room 5115 but the couch there had circular burn marks (seemingly from cigarettes)

Great location, excellent breakfast and wonderful staff.
Corners of the place were extremely dusty and dirty. Felt really old and not cleaned well. Gym was very very hot and I turned on the ac but it was a tiny unit positioned at the door so it didn’t help at all.

The front desk team is very responsive and helpful. The room is setup very nicely and with a good feel.
The bathroom doors are glass, so is the window but that can be covered on request and the commode room is separate but without a lock so it’s not fit for families. The slope on the floor is awry and water seeps outside when you shower, so you have to place a towel. There was a blood stain in our sheet so that was very off putting as well.

The room was well made, good size. Modern TV with netflix. Location is very central. Lounge access was very comfortable for snacks and drinks. Staff was nice and helpful.
Food in the hallway. The bathroom smelled a little bit like poop (from the pipes). Things in the spa and some of the furniture were damaged, some things were broken (make the room light, curtain did not always open). Pool was very small.

The location was good. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The food from the Skyfire restaurant (whether you go to the rooftop itself or use the in room dining service) was really good (we did both :)). We rented a car and the complementary valet service was excellent and convenient after long days driving to different landmarks several hours away. The room was very spacious. We got a traditional Turkish scrub & foam massage and a deep tissue massage and both were great.
This hotel is 4 stars at best. The conditions of the room were not of a 5 stars hotel, neither were the conditions of the hallways leading to the room. The towels were yellowing, this is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. The pool area (which was also the spa area where we received the massages) smelled really bad, like stuck/non-sanitized waters). The shower, although very spacious, was full of yellow stains from day one. The drainage was clogged so we had to put towels in front of the shower door to avoid overflow. We are including some pictures as example, so readers can judge for themselves.
