The Hotel staff are very cooperative. My train arrived at Izmir Basmane at around 12 PM. I went there to drop my luggage (the hotel is just 5 minutes of walk from Izmir Basmane train station), but they told me that the room is ready and I may check in.
Sea Beach is around 15 minutes of walk through the market. This is a market area. So there are numerous shops around and the area is mostly filled with local people, so charges are genuine.
Breakfast could have been better. But considering the amount you pay for the room, it is acceptable.

The management is very kind, polite, and helpful, and the staff are also caring and friendly.
However, more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the beds and the basic facilities inside the rooms.

The worst staff experience .. i booked 2 nights and left for 2 nights.. before leaving i booked for 4 nights when i came back at 11:30 pm they gave me my money back and said (i forgot) to book it for you..!! And i had to search for a new room in the middle of the night ..!

Wonderful
Location was great. Very close to the train station (5 min) and to the Agora (5 min). Easy walking distance to other sights in Izmir including the markets and water front (15-20min).
Room was impeccable, clean towels and bedding, and bathroom very clean.
Breakfast was delicious and had nice variety (boiled eggs, cucumber and tomato, multiple breads, sweets, jams, honey, coffee, tea).
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Wifi was excellent.

Bathroom is small and quite old. Mosk is in front of the building, so loud voice woke us up in 5:45.

Excellent location close to main streets with restaurants, shops and huge bazar down the road. Public transportation within 5 mins walk to train station and buses. Nice employees always available to help with a smile.
No elevator which is normal for buildings located on old town. Breakfast can be better.

place is a complete scam. The neighborhood is one of the worst imaginable. The rooms were filthy and smelled terrible, with dirt everywhere and heavily stained bed sheets. The doors were broken, and the shower was old, damaged, and had no place to hang it properly. Nothing about this hotel matched the online description or photos—those images are completely misleading.
We didn’t stay there. I immediately contacted Booking.com, who said they would reach out to the hotel regarding a possible cancellation and full refund. However, the hotel refused to refund anything. We ended up paying 380 Euros (for 2 rooms, 4 nights) for this terrible experience and had to find another hotel instead.

The stuff is very welcoming, smiley, helpful. Breakfast has a great variety of food. I couldn’t taste everything. I ate so much that I wasn’t hungry until 2.30 pm for lunch. Location is great. Next to the big park. There was book fair. Next to the metro station. Very convenient to go to the airport. Next to the shuttle service of intercity coaches. I had suitcases to walk 5 minutes to go to Istanbul and Bodrum. The hotel is clean. WiFi works well. Quiet no traffic noise but you hear the morning prayer from the mosque. Normal for Turkey.
No lift ? but they carried my luggage. Also the street is cobblestone for a short stretch. As an old lady with heavy suitcases was difficult to roll on their wheels. However, I always found someone to help. Turks are very kind.

The staffs are friendly and helpful.
The facility is a completely disappointment. I do not recommend it to anyone. There is no lift. We have to carry 4 pieces of big luggage and use the steps. The room does not have a proper light. I can barely see anything with the tinny lamp. I was using my mobile flash to go anywhere. The cleanness is unacceptable. The toilet smells like hell. It makes the whole room smell like a toilet. Worst part is the location. I felt extremely unsafe when walking outside and we were driving to the place. The road is not for motor vehicles and it cannot be more narrow. We spent 10 minutes to park the car.

Of course the building isn't Buckingham Palace, but you nor pay as much!
