We only stayed one night so there's not much to say but we were able to sleep properly which was the main objective of the stay. The hotel seems to be a bit old or maybe designed like that. The location was good coz there's a lot of restaurants near the area as well as groceries. We were also picked up by the tour operator from the hotel. The staffs were okay, not too friendly not too stiff lol just okay. They also let us keep our luggages till our time to be picked up by our transport to the airport.
there was a bit of an issue on the water from the shower room where it was spilling out to the floor. it was manageable though with the provision of towels for the feet.

Location is good Buffet Breakfast is good but same everyday no change at all. Internet is strong. TV is old model and not accepted to connect my streamer or TV stick. Rooms and the hotel in general is very old and need renovation, but definitely the prices will be higher after renovation.

Breakfast is good, need to improve. Location is very nice, close to Basmane Metro station. Everyday cleaning. Good staff.
Water is scarce, need to bring outside. Toilet facilities need to be improved.

It's close to everything and all the businesses are open practically all day long Breakfast is very good. The staff helped me choose a restaurant to spend Christmas Eve in. It was an affordable and good option. For the price compared to other options I'll repeat with my eyes closed.
Perhaps the facilities should be renovated a bit. Anyway, for the money we paid, we can't complain about anything. It was a good experience overall.

If i travel 10 times to izmir city i would chose Kozan city hotel again because it has trustworthy and reliable owner( Mr.Kozan).There was a trafic fine ticket because of small mistake from personal.he investigated and clear the cause.my friend's family and my family appreciate so much to Mr kozan and other friendly personalsduring my stay in izmir.He help all other guests . It has very delicious breakfast clean room and having access to downtown there was another prominent point of this hotel

I arrived at the hotel around midnight, and I was deeply touched by the kindness and patience of the hotel staff, who were waiting for us just as I had mentioned in my booking that I will be delayed. I don’t recall the name of the person who welcomed us, but I would like to sincerely thank each and every one of them for their warm hospitality. During our stay, I had the opportunity to rent a car directly from the hotel at a very reasonable price, with the help of Ms. Dilek and Mr. Zeki. Ms. Dilek went above and beyond to help me in a short span of time and arranged the travel. What made our experience truly unforgettable was that the owner of the hotel (Kozan brothers) personally drove us for two days, helping us visit almost all the places we had dreamed of seeing. Without a single complaint, both the owner and his brother drove us to distant locations, helping me fulfill my long-time wish of visiting 5 out of the 7 churches of Revelation near Izmir—all in just two days and then dropping us back to the Airport! They also took us to local restaurants that served authentic Turkish food, delicious yet reasonably priced, thanks to their local knowledge. The hotel itself was also very affordable, and for such a short stay, we received far more than we expected. More than the facilities, it was their genuine hospitality and personal care that made us feel truly belonging. Thank you once again to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so special. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region.
