Wonderful
The staff were very polite helpful and understanding, breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The room was very spacious comfortable and clean. I felt very safe in the location staying by myself. It was very centrally based with great access to the city.

Great location for exploring the city. The room was large, and the staff were kind and polite, making for a pleasant stay.
The breakfast could have been better, as it mainly featured standard supermarket items.

Close to the water and restaurants.
Rooms were very dirty, staff was unprofessional and did not provide the request I made during my booking. Valet damaged my vehicle and would not take responsibility. After arguing for 30 min in front of the hotel they sent us to a body shop were we waited for 2 hours to get our vehicle looked at. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was up to the task, the facilities offered left something to be desired.
The windows do not open, there is no TV signal in some rooms, the minibar contains only two bottles of water, the wireless signal was missing in most of the hotel.
