My mum had a broken knee cap and couldn't walk, so we requested a late check out for 1 of the 3 rooms we had booked, they were not able to offer a late check out but a full day rate, I had an appointment in the morning and had to rush off, but i said i would check out of the other two rooms and settle up on the other in an hour. The reception staff demanded that i make payment first, this made me feel like they were questioning my ability to pay and or they did not trust me, i personally found it quite insulting and offensive, but made the payment (which took some time) and i was late for my appointment. On my return I went to check on my mum, I helped her to use the bathroom, got her settled so she had everything she needed. 10 minutes later i got a call from reception reminding me that we had only paid for 1 person to be in the room and asked if i was going to be leaving the room shortly? I was disgusted with his attitude and manner, I told him that we had paid for a full additional day, of which we would only use 5 hours, i was helping my mum as she couldn't manage to get to the bathroom by herself. At this point I had had enough and told him i was coming down for a refund and i would go to another hotel. I got downstairs and the manager was waiting for me at reception, I pointed out the chain of events that morning and told him that his staff were not mindful of their customers, he apologised on their behalf for the way they had spoken to me. I informed him that the only reason for our choice to stay at the Kaya Prestige was because they had catered for our wedding 25 years ago and we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I have left it a while before writing a review, but i still feel the same, i wouldn't go back to the Kaya Prestige. Their staff are in need of further customer service training, as the service they offer, impacts the memory of our holidays. When I think back to our stay here, sadly the negatives overrule the positives.

I would not go for a second time for these reasons: 1. They did not clean my room or change towels and toilet paper. They did it only after first night and then it stoped. I bought toilet paper for myself. 2. I had to call many times asking for the cleaning service or clean towels and they didn’t come. 3. I asked for a toothpaste since there wasn’t in the toilet and they send that they do not provide it but they are giving me only 1. ( it is a 4 star hotel) 4. The toilet tiles are not washed properly after clients leave. There were very old watermarks and spots in the shower cabin and in the tiles. For me it was not nice to get a shower and notice those each night. 5. Please also take care of the baby chairs, it is important to clean them from time to time. We got one and it was soo dirty.

It is very old, used and outdated. Need big renovation. I can understand that hotel wants to save money but breakfast was really bad. All ingredients was 3rd quality. Even basic things such as bagel(simit) was from day before. All. Even coffee in the machine.

Air conditioning was old. Although it did cool the room at the end, it took a lot of time for that and it was noisy even at the low speed

The shower door couldn't be shut properly so the water was leaking to floor.

the worst thing in hotel is the internet hotel operator close the server at night this is not. 4 star at all the furniture is old ,lift is scarey one Ac noise more than cooling efficency staff reception charge in turkish liras more than the assigned euro price agreed hotel not respecting customer to pay as per the assigned currency
