Facilities where great, spa facilities amazing and breakfast was delicious and plenty to choose from.
The fact that water was off from 22.00-05.00 and when I came to pay the final bill from additional drinks and food they had added extra 2500tl on top of the bill that had to be rectified twice, air condition unit was for heating however it did not push out any heat and therefore was slightly cold at night time. Other than a few minor issues the room was spacious and the facilities are amazing. Spa massage was perfect

Pre-reception and the staff in the spa and restaurant are very helpful.
I needed to checkin early, I called the Hotel and the pre-reception chase out the room and they called me back and made my room ready. That made me very happy.
The staff in spa center was very helpful as well. They explained the process and the usage very clear.
The receptionist -called Dilan Hn- told me that, I'll receive a sms code and she didnt told me at all how to use it. I wanted to get more information about their loyalty program and she ignored my request and gave me boring face.
The restaurant receptionist told my friend -for the second room I booked-, he needs to pay 10 euros extra for the breakfast, which I forgot while I book the room. In reception he has been charged 20 euros for breakfast - single breakfast-.
I called the hotel manager and explained him the situation "Aydogan Bey" he said thats the price, he ignored the misleading information of his staff

Clients do not follow the rules of the SPA, the staff do not monitor this. Clients do not wear swimming caps, eat in the thermal pool, swim as in a sports pool, which is contraindicated in the thermal pool, wear street shoes.

I didn't eat breakfast.
I found the lifts difficult to use until another guest showed me. I also found the gym hard to find. This was because when i went to the dining room there was a sign for the gym,but I didn't realise that you accessed it through the spa entrance...

The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Room is very clean . Spa facilities is clean . Location is great just 10 minutes walk to Metro . Very close to forest area for walking .

Very nice pool
Location - quite remote and far without car, cannot go to local restaurants etc.
Cleanliness was very poor in the room, shower head and toilet rusting.
Staff were quite rude.
Massage was very poor and rushed.
Buffet breakfast/dinner not worth the price.
