Staff was friendly but weren’t able to speak much English at all. Location was nice. Price was decent.
Not the cleanest rooms. Even though it’s in a calmer street it’s still very loud at night. Beds were not really comfortable. Stains on the towels. Cleanliness in general not the best.

Door lock is Double Cylinder Deadbolt Lock (American style) and didn't seem safe for me. There is no safe in the room to store personal valuable items

Location is EXCELLENT with restaurants, Cafe n shops pretty much on doorstep. It's tucked away from the main street so it's relatively quiet. Room is clean but not much room for two luggages. Room needs hooks to hang winter coats, towels etc. I also saw astray in Room. Would be nice if they are non smoking rooms. Also told owner to avoid having smokers stand outside hotel as the smoke was sucked into my 1st floor room when I had windows opened. He took it well. Ordered taxi for me for the airport. Free car service from airport. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Hotel in the heart of Izmir. You can find all you need there. Rich breakfast, rooms fully equipped, clean and super tidy, friendly and professional staff always ready to help you. Wifi perfectly working. You can’t ask more for an accommodation.

Location ideal. Close to shops, restaurants, transport, bars, cafes and the sea front.
The owner is very helpful and courteous.
No kettle in room.

Good location, 2 mins walk from Main Street and 10mins walk from Kordon
Room was small, the bathroom had a bad smell and there was not enough toilet paper even from first day. One day that rained, the bathroom smell got worse. Toilet was half-broken and every time we used it, it made a bizarre sound. Shower was okay but water was getting out of it, as a result the bathroom floor was getting wet. No one came in to clean, we stayed 3 nights. We also had difficulty in paying for the hotel, as at the beginning they refused to accept card and probably we were charged a little bit from the initial price ?

Great location. Central to everything. No English spoken. Turkish breakfasts are odd. There are large variations in cost for a room throughout Izmir. We did not know Ramadan was coming. Izmir was dearer than Istanbul. Certain streets are blocked in the evening which makes access much easier and safer. Lots of eateries. Noisy. Heavy traffic.
If you are used to coffee in the morning take some with you. Tea is what Turks drink. No rooms for the month we were in Turkey had ventilated bathrooms. They smell of mould and leak all over the floor and many wet the toilets as well.

The hotel is great, in the center of the city. Very clean rooms and a classic Turkish breakfast is included. The owners and staff are always helpful.

The breakfast was great, the hotel was fine and the location was perfect. Erhan was very friendly and helpful and put together a fine buffet style breakfast together for us :)
