Location was great, just less than 3 mins walk from the train & tram station. Basic room and amenities.

The air conditioning was too bad therefore they have transferred me to another room also with bad air condition and at the end they buy me and my wife in a room for special needs handicapped that bathroom door was not good and also air conditioner was bad

Wi -Fi was OK, location was comfortable for me, izban and tramvay lines were nearby. Room was clean and organized.
AC in room wasn't work properly, it didn't cool our room properly, cofee and tea point was too uncomfortable for managing.

Nice location, very central and lot of restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast with a great variety: fantastic mix of local and continental items, cheese, veggies, eggs, pickles, pastries, tea, coffee...served fresh for an extended time, so that you dont have to wake up before sunrise. Friendly staff. Neat and tidy room and bathroom. Kettle in the room with tea and coffee supplies. Safety box available.
Air conditioning was either centralised or not working properly, so it was a bit hot at night, even when the temperature was set to the lowest.

good location near the port and main local streets, nearby parking for car with extra payment, good connection from the hotel to the main highways outside Izmir
As I visited the hotel in March and the weather was sunny and warm during the night I couldn't sleep since the AC was put on heat (you cannot change it as it is central AC), while the window of the room couldn't be opened since it has a security lock that you cannot open it expect 2cm, so basically all the night I couldn't sleep because of the heat inside!
